No Return, No Refund & No Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with Moh Laz Herbals. We are committed to providing
high-quality herbals and wellness products.
Due to the nature of our products, all purchases made on Moh Laz Herbals are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed
and delivered.
Exceptions
We will only consider replacement requests if:
- You receive a damaged product.
- You receive the wrong product.
- The product is missing from your order.
In such cases, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us with:
- Your Order ID.
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging.
- A brief description of the issue.
Our support team will review your request. If the claim is found to be valid,
we will provide a replacement for the affected product. Refunds will not be issued.
Non-Eligible Cases
Requests will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind.
- Incorrect product ordered by the customer.
- Products that have been opened or used.
- Requests made after 48 hours of delivery.
- Minor packaging variations that do not affect product quality.
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed or dispatched.
